I initialized, but I can't access through Admin
Failed to load module
Failed to load module pntarot (at function: "main")
Or I get a blank page...
My setup is PN .75, PHP 5.0.1 |

As discussed via email, pnTarot will run on pn726-RC3 (available under downloads at this site), or on the newest pn750 Gold with postnuke legacy enabled.
I'm glad to hear that the problem was your custom theme. I'm sure you can get it to run on your setup especially because you confirmed that the ExtraLite theme worked flawlessly for you. If you have any further problems do not hesitate to contact us.

Ed, thanks for letting me know that your blank page problem was Autotheme 1.7 and that you have resolved the problem by looking in the nuke_modules table of the MySQL DB and changing the pn_type of pnTarot to 1.
